A proper regulated system of corporal punishment has NEVER been tried.
What I am proposing is the same corporal punishment for everyone regardless of race, colour or creed. Some countries have institutionalised torture as a part of the police (if somebody steals something then they just go and round up some people from the streets (it doesn't matter who) and torture them until one confesses (to stop the pain of torture). They then chop his hand off.
This is wrong, stupid, biased and ineffective at actually reducing crime as an innocent person is just as likely to be punished as the guilty.
The sum total of physical pain one would suffer in prison is far greater than what a person would get in an appropriate amount of corporal punishment anyway, so so imprisonment is not only locking someone up with other criminals (from whom they learn more bad habits) and depriving them of civilised contact, but it includes the pain of corporal punishment as well. |

IT WILL NOT EXIST ON THIS PLANET unless there is a radical change in the materialistic outlook of the population (mainly Americans because they are the worst polluters and the most resistant to the idea of cutting back).

The correct numbers at the start of this essay should be "This planet is in trouble and I figured TEN years ago that the human race has got less than 20 (TWENTY) years or so left before extinction becomes inevitable".
